I have secured 92.6 percentile in jee mains 2020 january exam. So can i get CSE in thapar or not????

In Thapar it is difficult  to get CSE branch  for CSE branch you can apply for good other private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:

You can also try for state level counselling for engineering admission.

The cutoff for CSE in Thapar is 40985 for home state students and around 19k for students from outside punjab.

According to your cutoff you rank will be more than 50k, do it's really difficult that you will get cse but you can get any other stream very easily.
