I have secured497marks in neet and I belongs to SVU region in andhraPradesh ND I have EWS category my AIR 50900 can I get free medical seat?

Based on 2018 cut off trends considering your rank you may not get MBBS government seat but you may get a seat in BDS government college, Government dental college and hospital, Vijayawada had a cut off of 482 marks and 28709 state rank.So probably you may get a seat.If you wish to join in MBBS college then you may have to go for private college.Apollo Institute of medical sciences and research, Chitoor has had a cut off marks of 496 and 22811 state rank.However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.Hope for the best.

As per the cutoff of 2018, the last general category candidate to get government medical college scored 516 marks and was alloted Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa(UNR) and candidate with 479 marks was alloted ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore(LOC-OPEN) in SVU- Region. EWS reservation is not yet implemented in Andhra Pradesh and chances are less for the same. So you have general candidature. Cutoffs are expected higher this year. So you have less chances of getting free medical seat in Andhra Pradesh under general category.
