I have to surrender the seat or I also if don't report at the allowed college I will be exit front the all india quota counselling medical ?

Hello dear candidate.
When you get any seat reserved for you in any round, you are not bound to take admission in that college.
If you aren't taking admission in that college, it means that you are simply losing that seat. You might not be allowed to opt that college as an option in the next round.
