I have written my name incompletely in an application to a entrance test and the test had completed with the hall ticket with incomplete will it effect counselling?Can I have a change?

It depends on which exam you are talking about however genrally it will not matter much. You can give the exam and get the result. You will get the scores and rank according to the performance and will be called for counselling. You can clear the mistake during counselling (it is just a mistake in your name). During counselling they might ask you to prove it is really your marks or rank, you can show your admit card at that point (at the time of registering for exam they would have asked you for your id proof hence you can show the same id proof at the time of counselling like your aadhar card).
