If somehow my registration would be cancelled in MP state counselling 1st round then i am able to register in 2nd round freshly??

I register for AIQ counselling 1st round.....if i didnt allote any college then should i register again in 2nd rnd....and have to pay again?

Yes, you surely can register freshly. The counselling website mentions that there will be a fresh application form available for the second round as well. You can register and apply separately for all the rounds. Good luck!
