3 attempts will be counted from 2017 onwards i.e you still have got 2 attempts left if you are under 25. .. don't worry just focus

I know but I had gave my 100% and my score is 440 and I also don't know what I have to do
Dont wry bro,again give it,,,i have friends who qualified neet in 5 th attempt ,another one is 6 th attempt,,uski college me 7th attempt pe pane wale bhi hai,,,around 7 students,,,nothing matters bro,,uska to 3 rd attempt pe 350+ tha,,now he is in 4th yr,,academic yr is superb,,hum engineering karke kya ukhad liya????engineering or other graduation ke bad phir se competative exam keliye tayari suru karna hoga,,wahan bhi bahat competition and scam,1 lakh post keliye 2 crore applicant,,,,bhai 3 sal diye ho,to aur ek,do sal bhi dedo,,,ho jayega,,,,all the best
