Hello Pream,
It is not true! The Authorities have introduced NEET for those students who want to study Medicine abroad. This means that they have to answer and qualify for NEET and only then they will receive a NO OBJECTION LETTER (NOC) which is required for further visa processing and Admissions to Foreign Universities. Also, keep in mind, those who study abroad have to answer an MCI Examination after completion of their course, if they wish to practice in India. This is a licensing exam of India and only when you clear this Examination, you will be registered under MCI.
I hope I have answered your query! All the best!

If I eligible for neet can I go for abroad to study mbbs...... Or there I have face any exam...
You will be eligible to study abroad.
However, it is better to go through an agency. There is a lot of formal processing that takes place.
Also, the MBBS course there is around 6 years.
And when you come back to India after completing MBBS, you have to answer MCI Examination which is required to gain license to practise in India.

What is MCI exam...... Is it like neet exam....
As of the present rules, it will like NEET PG Examination. But after you answer and pass the exam, you have to complete two years of Internship in a MCI recognised college. You have to pay some an amount to do Internship in India. After that, if you want to pursue MD/MS, then you have answer NEET PG and compete for a seat. Basically, what I'm trying to say is it's a longer process and you have to work hard even if you go abroad. In fact, in my opinion it is tougher.
