Yes, you are be eligible for most of the government jobs as to be eligible for most of government job examination , you just need to have passed in the degree required to be eligible, for example if I tell you ssc cgl then to be eligible you just need to have passed your graduation, there's no need of having minimum percentage to be eligible, similar is the case with most of the government job examination, even there's no percentage barrier for upsc exam, to be eligible for upsc you need to just have passed your graduation. So , you can surely apply for Government jobs and even get one if you qualify its exam.

hello Lucky, Eligibility criteria for any job depends on post for which you are applying.
But in most of the government jobs, eligibility percentage is more than 60 % for general category students. And for other category it is 50%. So unfortunately your marks are not in the range of this.
but never be disappointed, as I said earlier eligibility depends on post, so keep trying and search for the good job.
