I just filled DU registration form and it only shows my marks of 3 subjects and not showing marks of other two subjects. Is that a problem?

Hey,

It usually depends upon the subject you are pursuing. Percentage and marks of the best four subjects is asked out of which the aggregate of major three subjects is taken into consideration and one additional language subject is a must to be added in best four.

So they must be taking into consideration the aggregate of your three major subjects.
