Going by the trend, it is very difficult to get a government medical college in UP via State Quota. The closing rank for general category is usually 10,000 all India Rank, that means a minimum of 540+ marks is need. However keeping in mind, that cut off marks vary from year to year, I would suggest you to target for a score of 550+.
