I would like to tell you that it is quiet difficult to predict your rank and percentile in JEE Mains on the basis of marks you have received in the exam as it depends on number of students appearing for exam each year.  Now the answer to  your question is  , no you will not be able to get into NIT Tiruchirapalli with this score either.

As per the cutoff details of JEE Main 2017, to get admission into CS  - OBC category, candidates needed to be ranked inside 1551 for home state seats, and 670 for other state seats.

Please note the cutoff is released in the form of ranks only.
