Dear Shubham, you have a chance of getting into Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College under State Quota with your marks. As already discussed, you cannot apply for Private Medical Colleges of any other State if you dont have their domicile. Private Medical Collegss do not participate in All India Quota and State counselling is strictly for those candidates who have domicile of that particular State. In your case, if you have domicile of Kerala, you can register and appear for their State Counselling to be eligible for the Government Quota in Private Medical Colleges of Kerala. However if you do not hold domicile of Kerala and you still want to study in Private Medical Colleges of Kerala, you certainly can by applying for their Management Quota whose fees is around 40 lakhs.

With this score in NEET 2019 you have negligible chance of getting a seat in government college. But you can try for a private college in your state also.
