i opted EEE as my career . how can i get better placement after 4 yrs. what should i do from starting to grab better job .

Don't worry and don't fear about placement, if you have skills you can even get selected in IT companies and Mnc's. What you will have to do is work on developing your skills. When you have good communication skills and if you are interactive you have good chances of getting placed. Try widening your skills in different aspects. Have good scores from the beginning to get placed easily. Focus on your weakness to make a better you. Whenever you go down don't think about future and waste your time, just relax and make your next move.

Work on personality development learn things rather than memorizing.

Having the confidence is highly important.

I assume you are asking about electrical and electronics engineering career options. see eee s a core discipline and perhaps you may learn that core streams engineering graduates maya work in IT industry and core technology. however In India there is few options available for core engineering related with electrical engineering apart from government sectors. you would get excellent placement in iits, nits, government or state university. but the core sectors electrical or eee related companies has less vacancy in private sectors. so in private colleges most of the core branch graduates placed in IT industry. so if you have make mind to strictly work in core sectors you have to clear GATE exam in order to find best placement , have do courses in embedded system or microprocessor and micro controllers. also practice a lot for others psu exam , IES etc.
