Dear Chiru, Telangana has 4600 MBBS seats in 10 Government Medical Colleges and 22 Private Medical Colleges. Of these, 1550 seats are Government Medical seats and the rest 3050 are Private Medical seats. With a State rank of 4200, unfortunately you cannot a get a Medical Seat either in Government or Private Medical Colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
