i qualified jee main with 284000 rank in open category and 90000 rank in obc can i get a seat in any nits or iiits or iiets.I secured cutoff

Congratulations for qualifying JEE mains. You were quite lucky to clear the cut off. However you can not get any NIT IIIT, but you can get following colleges with your rank:
Malwa Institute of technology, Indore
Rewa Engineering college, Madhya Pradesh
State Institute of Engineering and technology
JSPM imperial College of engineering and research, Pune
