I recently complet my b. Pharmacy. But I have not good Mark. So, what to do to start our career in job field.

recruiters selected candidates through some cutoff marks and exam score, then they ask them to come for interview. if you have first division marks in graduation then you can surely get call from top companies if you have submitted application and recruitment going on. now if you dont have the required marks then there is really less chances to get shortlisted for reputed firms. that time you need to apply in startups. in pharmacy field there is not many startups available. but right now in india many online medicine business is going on, and they hires pharmacist to prescribe medicine to people. you may start working there and gain some experience. dont think about salary now as you are a fresher and being fresher job hunt is really tough.
