I think mains cutoff for obc would be 35 to 40

I also feel that you may be unable to qualify JEE Mains itself because the expected cutoffs for qualifying JEE Mains 2018 for OBC NCL category students is 63 marks.
As a result, your chances of getting into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are very slim.
