I registered for Neet councling and I was not asked for any kind of payment. Is it for the reason that I have attended cet ?

Hi there.

No , this won't be the reason . Both the exams are different and you can give n number of exams. And you must check carefully as if they did not ask , maybe you have not checked properly , or else you may not have filled form properly.

So once again check your form and try again
