Hello aspirant , well with this score it is very difficult to get a seat in Government medical colleges, even good private medical college's cutoff have gone high. In OBC category as well student need to score atleast 435+ in order to get seat. Marks versus rank scenario has changed . Well you are eligible for management quota seats , in private college . Apart from that unfortunately no other option is available.
