I scored 128/720 in neet with 47 percentile and I'm belonging to maharshtra.... and now I have to do bsc nursing in government college in Maharashtra... and I'm from sc category so can I get admission in BSC nursing in any government college in Maharashtra?

As you asking for to get a seat in government college for Bsc nursing course .
The marks needed for getting admission into any government institutions for a BSc in nursing are 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.
