With the marks specified by you, based on the previous year's trends you are not supposed to get any seat in any govt. medical college for either MBBS or BDS seat. And this year as cutoff will be even higher so it becomes even harder to say that you will get a seat. But if you want to take admission in private medical college then you should definitely apply as you may get a seat.
