In NEET 500 marks are considered as safe for MBBS in government colleges but with 389 marks you would be securing a rank about 90000
And there are around 34000 sets more MBBS in government colleges and 3000 in BDS
and for private colleges the seats are around 36000 for MBBS and 5000 in BDS
so you will most probably get a seat in private college and not in government college
