Given your marks as 411, getting a seat in a government dental college depends on the category you belong to. For general and OBC, the previous year cutoff is 463 and 484 respectively. For SC, it is 394. As Veterinary Science was not included in previous year NEET, you cannot assure anything about it. It all depends on the no. of colleges, no. of students interested to study, etc. Anyways, all the best!
