As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
As you have not mentioned, I assume ypu belong to unreserved category.
With UR category and 538, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota.
So follow the counselling process of your state to ensure your seat.
