I scored 614 with 74 percentile in MAT Dec 2019 . which colleges can apply, please guide me.

So Jim, with 74 percentile in MAT, you cannot get good B-schools in your court.
You atleast need to score above 90 percentile to get enrolled into good colleges.
So, I'd suggest you to please consider MAT Feb 2020.
