I scored 74 marks in Entrance exam in Jamia millia islamia but i can't admitted. Even i am from obc category. Other candidates are selected?

Firstly,you are not mentioned in which exam you will get 74 marks in jamia millia islamia.and yes,obc category seats are less in jamia.As you know that jamia millia islamia is a central university and very reputed university as well and their fees structure lies around (7-10k) per year.That's why the competition is also very high.
