Hello aspirant,
Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 or atleast 530 marks to get into a government medical college in bihar via the 85 percent state quota counselling.
Also this years first round cutoff went about 599 marks which has raised the level of competition.
So I guess you may face difficulties getting admission in a government medical college in bihar.
But you may have chances of getting an A category seat.
