I studied Diploma(Polytechnic) Is there any possible to write JEE Advance to get seat in NIT clg, if u know guide me
See there is a mistake in your understanding. The JEE Main is only for NITs, IIITs and JEE Advanced is for IITs only. You can write JEE Main even if you are a diploma holder to appear for JEE Advanced but you cant take admissions through JEE Main as NITs dont consider diploma holders. The brochure clearly specifies it. So yes, you have to qualify in JEE Main to appear for JEE Advanced. If you qualify in that, you have a chance for IIT admissions only.
The candidate must have secured atleast 45% aggregated marks (40% for SC/ST categories) and is allowed for admission subject to cutoffs in second year of Engineering directly.
The cutoffs are generally on higher side as there are limited seats allotted for Diploma Holders into various Institution for Engineering.
However, JEE advanced is also necessary to get hrough most coveted IITs.
JEE Mains is only accepted by NITs, GFTIs, IIiTs.
