As you are currently pursuing your Bachelors in Science from Panjab University, so your application code for NEET should be Code 5, which is for the first year of a three year degree course comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and practical tests as well, provided the exam is conducted by a university which happens to be so in your case.
