If you have completed your Bpt in India and now wants to go abroad then you should complete your Mpt in India or aborad. Because doing only bachelor's degree does not help much .
Due to low job vacancies in Government people prefer to go outside after Mpt. Or they prefer to do their Mpt in abroad.
So for doing Mpt abroad, you have to clear IELTS EXAM OF THAT COUNTRY
