Hello Aditya,
If you wish to transfer your college from SOL to a regular DU college, you may get a No Objection Certificate by the Executive Direct of SOL and a migration/transfer certificate if you are in 2nd or 3rd year.
You have to submit all the documents with in 15 days after NOC is issued.
