I take nodal center of government college in up for document verification in nearby my city but i want to take private college ,is it wrong

No , it is not wrong at all. It is just a centre for document verification, don't worry. You should always take the centre which is nearer to your home , because it is easy to reach. There they will only do your verification of the documents , they will not allot you the college.They will ask you the prefernces and your choices , you can register for private colleges if you want.
