I took admission in BDS course in a private college of nagpur through vacancy round,I have paid the fees of first year After attending college for few months i realized i cant do the course and want to quit it but my college is not letting me quit and forcing me to pay the fees of remainning years

Hello Rohit, I understand how your crisis is, but many colleges do not allow the student from quitting in mid-way because they think that the college finance for a student has been lost, instead they ask to pay the fee and then quit the college, otherwise the certificates they collect at the time of registration of college will not be returned, there is no other alternative other than fighting in the court, even the colleges have good contacts with the legal representatives, the only option is you should pay complete fee and quit or study there.
