I unortunately missed out the chance to fill the registration in upneet 2019. What should I do??

If you forget to fill registration form for 1st round of neet counselling in then go for 2nd round.
And if you even missed the state counselling round tgen you have to appear for 3rd round of counselling in which you only get the chances to apply for vacant/left mbbs/bds seats of first two rounds. Or can apply for private / deemed university though.
