Besides NCERT u can also use other guides like Arihant, Dinesh,Pradeeps etc to score good marks in NEET.

Objective Biology by Dinesh
For Physics :
Concepts of Physicsby H. C. Verma
D C Pandey Objective Physics
For chemistry :
Physical Chemistry by O.P. Tandon
Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boydfor Organic Chemistry.
It's all not belongs to book but it depends upon the practice. Practice many models as you can.
