What is the best reference book for Biology for NEET other than NCERT?

You can Follow Trueman's Biology for the reference purpose, if you want more content to read. For Practicing questions, you can check NCERT ON Fingers Tips By MtG. You can even practice from, Master the Ncert by Arihant Publication. Surely, a Wonderful book you can practice from.

Only and only NCERT BOOK is sufficient for biology section of neet ug exam. 98% (infact 100%) questions are from ncert book of biology.
So i would suggest you to ,not to run with many books, focus only on ncert.. no need of reference book for biology.
Do solve previous year question papers of neet ug.

The Objective Botany, Objective Zoology and Donesh's mcq book are unique. I highly recommend you to go through them.

With less than a month left in NEET 2018, I would recommend you to go through NCERT books thoroughly because they provide in-depth knowledge about each and every subject. Apart from NCERT books, you can refer Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman, Objective Biology by Dinesh, Objective Botany by Ansari, Pradeep Guide on Biology and GRB Bathla publications for Biology. These books will help you in answering objective questions.
