Immediate Steps You Should Take

1. Log in to the Counselling Portal
   Check your dashboard for your rank, counselling phase, seat status, and pending actions.

2. Check Your Counselling Phase Dates
   VIT counselling happens in phases based on rank. Make sure you are completing everything within your allotted dates.

3. Pay the Counselling Fee
   Ensure the rs5,900 counselling fee (including GST) has been paid successfully. Without this, you cannot participate in counselling.

4. Complete Choice Filling Carefully
   Make sure you have selected:

   • Preferred campuses (Vellore, Chennai, AP, Bhopal)

   • Preferred branches

   • Fee categories

5. Keep Payment Proof Ready
   Save screenshots, payment receipts, and confirmation emails in case there is any technical issue.
