I want to give both exams of 2019 jee mains . but if I will not qualify for jee advanced.then will I eligible for jee advanced 2020

no, you can't write jee advanced without jee mains in the same year.if you wanna give jee advanced in 2020, i think there'll be no option like that.they won't consider the previous year results.
so you've to give jee main befor giving jee advanced.to check the eligibility criteriae,please refer this link:
