I want to know the time period to be a functional surgeon after +2

Hello!
In order to pursue a degree in medicals to perform surgeries the educational requirements after +2 in India are:
- Write NEET exam to get admitted into a Medical college!
- MBBS is a basic degree required to become a doctor! It is a 5 and a half year course with 1 year of compulsory internship.
- In order to get into Master's program, NEET PG is common entrance exam.
- Specialization course takes about 3 years to complete!
Thus, after your +2, it takes up to 9 to 10 years to become a functional surgeon in India! Which means that you will be about 28 years old when you can finally enjoy the perks of being a surgeon (if so)!
