I want to pursue doctor of optometry.But after the degree are we be eligible to get government jobs in hospitals?

Dear Parash, you haven't mentioned your qualification. O.D. (Doctor of Optometry), Ph. D can be pursued in India and overseas after completion of Bachelors degree in Optometry.
For B. Optom, Candidates should have successfully completed HSC examinations of any recognized board / university of India or equivalent of 10+2 education in India or abroad with minimum of 60% marks. The eligible subjects at the HSC or equivalent: In combination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry with either Biology or Computer Science.
Regarding the govt. jobs, if you fulfil the eligible criteria set by the government for that particular position, you should be getting a govt. job.
