i was a double droper i have secured 97.7 percentile in january jee main and was expecting above 99 percentile in september but got only 96.6 don't know what happened but can't do anything . Now i am going to take admission in HBTU Kanpur CS/IT . Can i get package over 10 lakh/annum?

Your percentile is good enough to fetch circuital branch in NITs and IIITs. You can join them too.

Yes, you can get 10 lakh or even more, if you get placed well by working hard in college and not wasting time.  But since you have dropped twice, you won't be allowed to appear for many good companies during placement session.  Many of the companies allow only students without dropping two year. But it's not that you want get chances,  you wil get chance in many other companies which doesn't follow this rule.
