I was got SVNGMC Yavatmal in 1st round of 85% Maharashtra quota,in 2nd round there is no upgradation,if I didn't get it in 3rd round also

No, if you already have allotted the seat then you are not eligible for mop up round as this is only for those candidates who have not got any seat and who are doing fresh registration.
