Thete are a very few reputed colleges in India that offer Aeronautical engg. like the -

IIT's for which you need to clear JEE ADVANCED Exam with a good score.
BITS Pilani for which you you need clear the BITSAT Exam
NIT(Trichy),NIT(Surat),NIT(Allahabad), IIIT(Allahabad) for which you need to clear the JEE MAINS.
VIT University, MANIPAL these are private universities. They conduct their own exam.
