I was qualified in gpat 2019 conducted by NTA and I got AIR 17130. My question is how to register as gpat 2019 qualifier?

GPAT 2019 counselling is expected to be conducted in the second half of May. GPAT 2019 counselling process will be conducted by the participating institutes individually and not by NTA as a whole.
You will have to report to the venue of GPAT counselling 2019 at the correct date and time with the required documents. Counselling dates may differ for different ranks of candidates.
