Iam giving the exam of std 12, i want to become indian cricket Selector so what should i do?

Dear Atharva, for you to become a Selector in any sport and just not cricket, you should know the nuances of the sport. It is not an Academic achievement. There is no educational course for becoming a Selector. You first learn the sport, play the sport, learn even the itsy bitsy things in the sport  management skills, become a team player and then gradually grown up the ladder. If you look at the Current board of Selectors in Cricket ir any sport, they have been ex players at some point in their lives. You should have been a player to select a player.
