iam having hearing loss but I don't have any certificate for it. Do I need any certificate at the time of filling the form of neet or they will ask me to just proove it after my neet test ?

You will have to provide a certificate for PwD when you will apply for the NEET exam and as well as when you will apply for counselling. You will have to submit a Disability Certificate issued by one of the disability assessment boards as listed below.
