if i applied for a program(mtech at IIT) that has interview as my last preference will i be called for the interview

If I applied to an IIT and gave prefernecs as
1) vlsi (Gate score only) cutoff -750
2)communication (gate score only) cut off-700
3)control and automation(gate score + interview)cutoff-700
Now my question is if I got a score of 760 will I be called for control and automation interview
