if i apply for all India counseling can i simultaneously apply for Tamil Nadu state quota counseling as well in neet 2019?

If you are applying for All India counseling then all the govt colleges in India will be covered. However, You may apply for state quota which will increase your chances of getting a seat in other colleges like private and semi govt. ones. You may apply for both the counselings.
