if i apply in a college by mistake in du and i am not satisfying the cut off so will my application be cancelled for all colleges and all cut offs

You can apply to any college and withdrawal admission as per your preferences. Your application won't be rejected for every cut offs to be released. Students do apply for multiple colleges and different courses. But you can take admission in only one college at a time, so in this case your registration process won't be affected.
