If you apply under EWS Quota for all India second counselling you will be eligible for admission into all the Government MBBS and BDS medical colleges having vacant seats in that round. A 10% seat is reserved for students of EWS category. Under this category you will be eligible to take admission in all the colleges through out India on the basis of your merit. Hope this helps.
